Heartland National Ancillaries: HIP, HHC, CHAS — required products as part of SEP plan. Review HNL product lineup; these count toward AP.
HOOP: 9am–5pm EST Mon–Fri while in SEP (must be logged into EnrollHere). SEP dialer hours: Mon–Sat 8am–8pm EST.
Time Off: Max 3 days per quarter. Must be approved in advance. Unannounced absence = material breach.
Equipment Debit: Deducted from commissions. Get exact dollar amount from Laura before first paycheck.
Exclusivity: LOA Agreement Paragraph 2e — cannot work with any other carrier or health insurance agency without SAI written consent. Get written permission before any outside health insurance work.
SAI Holiday Closures (SEP): Memorial Day May 21–25 · Independence Day July 2–6 · Labor Day Sept 4–8 · SAI closed Dec 8 – first Monday in January.
